Kim Chadwick - Owner, Fitness Consultant, & Personal Trainer
My name is Kim Chadwick and in September 2009, I partnered in the ownership of Lady of America. Prior to owning this fantastic club, I was a member here for 4 years. I joined in July, 2006, a few months after having my second child. I was 177 lbs, on my petite A-frame, feeling absolutely horrible about myself. My first goal was to not be embarrassed in a bathing suit next summer, as I had been almost every summer of my life. |

Kim Wasniewski - Fitness Manager, Group Fitness Director, Personal Trainer, Instructor, & Studio Sweat
Kim has been with LOA for 14 years. Certified in Group Fitness, Cycle, Personal Training, and Les Mills certified Instructor, in BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyCombat, BodyStep, BodyVive, BodyJam, BodyFlow, and RPM. She says,"Fitness is my life, and my drive and passion is to help others achieve their goals whether through group exercise, small group trainings, or one-on-one personal trainings." Kim is the mother of 3 beautiful children and will be celebrating 20 years of marriage this year! Outside of LOA she love spending time with her family and friends and vacations down in OCMD and in NOLA. |

Gina Aiello - Fitness Consultant & Instructor
Gina started in the fitness industry as an instructor in 1994 and got her 1st personal training certification in 1999. Having been active and athletic from childhood, fitness has been an effective way for her to share her knowledge, experience, and passion for this aspect of a healthy lifestyle. She has furthered my education with various instructor /trainer certifications and went to Drexel for nutrition with extensive training in biochemistry and anatomy and physiology. She says that her life has been a journey in exploring the truth to total well-being and health. In her personal life, she has explored alternative health, including herbology, mind-body wellness, and nutrition. She is also a passionate runner for over 34 years, and she has run numerous 5-K’s, many Broad Streets and Philly halfs, and both the Marine Corp and Philly Marathons. She loves to share and help to make exercise a passionate part of one’s life rather than a chore! |

Jen Heffentrager - Personal Trainer, Instructor, & Studio Sweat
Jen is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, and has been training clients at Lady of America for nearly two years. She also holds several additional certifications in Group Fitness through Les Mills, which have increased her love for fitness, and for helping people achieve their goals. She thoroughly enjoys training members both one on one, as well as in small groups in the training studio. She has quite a passion for creating exciting and different programs for her clients, and one of her specialty areas is in training through techniques of Boxing. When she's not at LOA, she is a mother to two wonderful daughters, and travels as much as possible to see her extended family. |

Kelly Clefisch - Personal Trainer, Instructor, & Studio Sweat
Kelly is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and also hold certifications in Les Mills Body Pump & RPM, Schwinn cycling, and TRX Suspension Training. She is a full-time mother of three. As a runner for 20+ years, she has completed many 5Ks, 10Ks and 1/2 marathons with a goal to complete a full marathon one day. Kelly became a member of LOA 7yrs ago after moving to the area and became certified/started teaching cycling soon after. |

Eileen Gallagher - Personal Trainer & Instructor
Eileen joined Lady of America as a member in December 2002, and almost five years later, she got her Primary Group Exercise Certification from AFAA and became a fitness instructor. Because of her love of group fitness, she currently hold certifications in Les Mills Body Pump, Body Jam and Body Step, as well as certifications in Cycling, Small Group Training with Kettle Weights, and Piloxing. In April 2009, she got her Personal Fitness Trainer Certification from AAAI-ISMA. She says, "there is nothing like personal training, and being able to assist someone in reaching their fitness goals... it is fun, and challenging, and incredibly rewarding." Outside of the gym, she's got her hands full with my two boys, Luke and Harry, and husband Frank. She also works as an event coordinator, specializing in wedding planning, for Create the Moment. |

Patrick Kelly - Personal Trainer & Instructor
Since the year 2000, Patrick has embarked on a mission to bring health & fitness to the masses. This mission has taken him to stops in Downingtown and a long term stop at the former Pottstown Health Club to his time here in Royersford with LOA. At Pottstown, he established his ideals & philosophies to be a long-time professional trainer. Over the past 2 years, he has been specializing in sport-specific training with the main focus on speed-training.
Patrick has a BA in Psychology from Shippensburg University (class of 1998). His wife, Cathy is a Les Mills Pump & Step Instructor here at LOA. Together, they have 3 dogs and are anticipating the arrival of their first child!! Patrick also really enjoys golfing, trail-running, chasing his dogs, and whenever he can, attending a Springsteen concert. |

Laurie Fried - Personal Trainer
With over a year of personal training experience and her own weight loss transformation, Laura Fried brings a fresh and energized outlook to Lady of America! Through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Laura earned her Personal Training, as well as Corrective Exercise Specialist Certifications; this allows her to help you overcome injuries such as low back, knee or shoulder pain and become stronger. Laura believes in leading by example; she is a competitive triathlete, training to reach her goal of Ironman distance races. She trains daily, whether it is swimming, biking, running, weight training or yoga. When not sweating at the gym, she loves healthy cooking, gardening, kayaking, hiking, snowboarding, and volunteering to help animals or the environment. Laura guarantees your workouts with her will be fun, challenging, and created specifically for you to reach your goals! |

Theresa Harple - Instructor
Theresa's journey for fitness has always been her passion. Jane Fonda tapes, walking and her love for gardening has led her to that passion. Lady of America opened in 1998 and she was one of the first 100 members to join. Her current certifications include Aerobics, Les Mills-RPM, Body Pump and Body Vive. She has taught Body Step, Yoga and Zumba in the past and her newest certification is Piloxing. As an instructor of fitness that passion continues to grow. She says, "The ladies at Lady of America are truly the best. It has been a joy to be a part of their fitness family for the past 14 years." |

Liz Tyson - Instructor
In 2004, Liz had her first child, and wanting to get back into shape, she looked around at gyms and, as she says, found her second home - LOA. She says, "As soon as I stepped foot into LOA, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I did not experience the uncomfortable feeling that I routinely got from a mixed gender gym. As time went on I fell in love with all the Les Mills classes that were offered. I thought, 'How great would it be if I too could empower these women to feel great about themselves through exercise, and to spread my love of fitness.'" Today, she is a certified AFFA instructor since October 2010, Les Mills Attack instructor, December 2010, and a Les Mills Combat instructor, June 2011. She says, "You can find me most day with my side kick Leslie, bringing sparkles and smiles to the fitness floor whether we are teaching or not!" |

Stacy Busa - Studio Sweat
Stacy has been teaching dance (ballet, tap, jazz) and gymnastics for over 20 years. She is a USGF and KAT certified instructor. She has been certified in cardio ballet and stability ball for 6 years. She came to LOA in October 2011 when the new Studio Sweat opened to offer its members a new and challenging fitness class in cardio ballet. |

Jennifer Whitenight - Front Desk
Jen has been with LOA for 4 years. Prior to that, she was a member for 2 years. She works the front desk part time at 5:30am during the week. She says, "I love my job, and I love being a part of this gym!" Her favorite classes are Combat, Piloxing & Flow. Outside of LOA, she is a full time hair stylist and assistant manager at Cost Cutters in Royersford. |

Mary Kent - Front Desk
Mary has been with LOA since January of 2012. In addition to working here, she is a full-time graduate student at West Chester University. She is working to obtain her Masters of Education degree in School Counseling. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, scrapbooking, and watching the Phillies as much as possible. Her favorite thing about working at LOA is interacting with all of the extremely friendly employees and members! |

Holly Feldman - Child Care
Holly Feldman is a mother of six children and very active in her local community, volunteering at the local food pantry. She is the Arts In Education Chairman on the PTA State Board of Mangers. She has dedicated herself to her family and children everywhere. Children are her passion! "Thinking up creative ways to keep the children in the childcare center active and seeing their happy faces when they are enjoying their time makes it all worth while," she says. |

Janeen Mitchell - Child Care
Janeen is a wife and mom to two girls, Madelyn and Marnie. By trade she is a floral designer but her passion for fitness and staying strong defines her more. She says, "I love my gym, Lady of America, so much that I wanted to work here as well!" One day she aspires to become a personal trainer and a certified Les Mills instructor. |

Samantha Carl - Child Care
Samantha Carl is the oldest of 6 children, and a Senior in high school in the Owen J Roberts School District. She is an active member in the National Honor Society, National Latin Classical League, and Latin Honor Society. Upon graduating high school she will be studying to become a Registered Medical Assistant. She spends her free time volunteering at the local food pantry as well as tutoring students in an after school program, S.O.A.R., at a local elementary school, and volunteering at Chestnut Knoll. |

Alex Busa - Child Care
Alex is a junior at Spring-Ford High School. For the past 2 years she has taken Child Development and has participated in the High School's playschool program. She prepares crafts and activities for the children as well as teach them basic fundamentals. She is also a member of the buddy program at Spring-Ford to help and mentor students with special needs. She enjoys working with children and hopes to become a radiology technician at a children's hospital. |

Joli Groomes - Child Care
Joli has been with LOA since September 2011. She has a degree in Early Elementary Education from the University of Delaware where she met her husband John. Joli has experience teaching in both public and private schools. She is a mother of two children, Emma & Evan. She is active in the community and has a passion for working with children. "I enjoy working and working out with the amazing LOA women!" |

Alyssa Brooks - Child Care
Alyssa is curently a senior at Spring-Ford High School and will be attending Immaculata University in the fall to major in elementary education. She has been a member of LOA for almost two years, and has worked here for a little over one year. She loves working at LOA! She says, "The atmosphere is always positive and everyone is always very supportive. I love working with my coworkers as much as I enjoy the company of all the kids. LOA is a great place and I couldn't ask for a better work enviornment!" |
