Keep doing the lower body routines along with your cardio training and each month add the new exercises to your workout. Remember, if you want to tone your body you need to lose fat. You can’t spot reduce, but if you eat right, strength train and do cardio, your body will lose the fat and you will start to see the muscle definition. You will do 3 sets of each exercise, 10-12 reps per set. So, let’s do it! Click here for the exercises...

Americans spend 25% less time outdoors than they did in 1987. According to a report by Oliver Pergams, Ph.D. of the University of Illinois, “Time spent in nature isn’t just down in the United States. It’s also declining in Japan.” Why the trend? Pergams and his team say the cause may be “videophilia,” which they define as sedentary activities involving electronic media like computers and TV. Don’t be a couch potato! Celebrate the change of season by taking your workout outdoors |
