Women’s Exercise with Eating Healthy Portions
for Fitness and Health in 2009

Happy New Year! It’s 2009 and this year can be your year to reach your health and fitness goals, if you really want to, women. To make a fresh start means to change your habits. First, you need to stop telling yourself [and me] the reasons you can’t do it. Next, stop going for the miracle diet and workout. Most of us know what’s right and what’s wrong. Instead of asking for a miracle, make one happen. How? Why not commit to one healthy transition a month, like an extra 10 minutes working out or adding a healthy food to your meal plan and eating healthy portions? Make the time to work out – get up early and take a walk or spend 20 minutes each day doing sit-ups, push-ups and squats.

I know that times are tough and you may not be able to afford a personal trainer or fitness center at this time. Don’t worry, I’ll be providing tips each month that will work your body and challenge you. I want you to stay focused and together we will make 2009 your best year yet!
