Women, I want you to love your body from the inside out!
Your questions are coming in and most focus on how to lose weight. You can do it, but you must live a healthier lifestyle. That means a healthier diet and exercise, especially cardiovascular training is necessary. So here are a few tips that will not represent major changes in your lifestyle, but your body will sure feel the love inside.

For starters, start your day with two tall glasses of water. Water flushes out everything and it’s a big fat way to say “good morning and I love you!” to your body. As your day progresses, I want you to avoid foods with a lot of preservatives. That means the processed foods, fast food, junk food, etc. Choose fresh foods and incorporate as many colors in your diet as you can. The more colors you eat means the more vitamins and minerals you are getting.

This is a great start to positive change and a healthy heart.
