Lady of America’s Official Trainer and Expert in Exercise & Nutrition for Women

Meet Natalie Brabner Natalie Brabner has been a certified trainer for 15 years and is educated in nutrition. A champion many times over in the Women’s Fitness competition, Natalie is one of the original co-host instructors of ZUMBA®  under celebrity fitness trainer “Beto” Perez and a model for Kassis fitness wear. In addition to her full-time personal training, Natalie teaches to sold-out classes which include nutrition and weight training exercises for women.
